Newbie needing help getting started

I live in a town with giant eagle, aldi, and save a lot. We have dollar stores, and CVS as well. None of the papers really have any coupons to my amazement. seems there is more for pets products or beauty products then anything else. rarely are there coupons for things we buy on a regular basis. it's a bit frustating. I undestand and tell my wife we have to think beyond the brands we buy, try other brands, but I don't want to buy just to buy either. How do I go about finding the right coupons for us.

You could buy from a coupon clipping service or e-bay all of your coupons.
