Here’s what is required of you as a board member

* A mandatory 5 day Ben & Jerry’s orientation in June where you will get an insiders peek into the company: taste new products, help create marketing programs etc.
* A Ben & Jerry’s marketer will spend one day shadowing you in your hometown.
* Participating in an online group throughout the year where you will give feedback on new products, concepts and activation ideas as they’re developed.
